FRESHMAN 2024-25 (MOREHEAD STATE)
- WGCA All-American Scholar
- 2024-25 OVC Freshman of the Year
- 2024-25 All-OVC Women's Golf First Team
- Posted the lowest-scoring average in the Ohio Valley Conference.
- Helped Morehead State to the 2025 OVC Women's Golf Championship...was also named to the all-tournament team.
- Finished 13th at the NCAA Lexington Regional, the second-best ever finish for an OVC individual at a regional in league history...carded a 54-hole total of 215, the second-best individual 54-hole score for an OVC player ever at an NCAA Regional.
- Posted a 73.16 scoring average over 31 rounds.
- Earned OVC Golfer of the Week three times during the season.
- Recorded five top 10 finishes, four top five finishes and two runners-ups.
HIGH SCHOOL
- Ranked 130th in the country by the Junior Golf Scoreboard.
- Ranked 15th in the 2024 class for California.
- Earned multiple titles, runners-up and top-ten finishes throughout the state of California.
- Was an active participant in local, regional and national events including tournaments hosted by the SCPGA Toyota Tour, the San Diego Junior Golf Association, the Northern California Junior Golf Association, the First Tee, IMG, Kathy Whitworth, and the Joanne Winter Arizona Silver Bell.
- Helped GBHSÂ win two Northern California Regionals.
- In 2022, won the Peggy Dodds Sacramento City Championship with scores of 75-76.
- Placed second in the California State Championship Qualifier and placed seventh in the First Tee National Championship at Notre Dame with scores of 76-69-78.
- Selected to compete in the Joanne Winter Arizona Silver Bell Invitational against top collegiate and junior players where she placed in the top 25 with scores of 75-74-72.
- Was also instrumental in helping Granite Bay win the 2021-22 California State High School Championship with a score of 72.
- For the 2023 season, qualified for the SCPGA Toyota Tour.
- Notched multiple top-ten finishes on the Toyota Tour.
- Placed second in the stroke play portion of the 73rd CA Junior Girls Championship with scores of 74-73 and went on to be a quarter-finalist in match play.
- Qualified for the 2023 IMG Junior World Championship with a score of one under (71).
- Also invited to the prestigious Kathy Whitworth Invitational in Texas.
- As a member of the First Tee, was also selected to compete in the Pure Insurance Championship at Spyglass and Pebble Beach.

- Daughter of Teddy and Irene Burgess.
- Has one brother Brandon.
- Four-year letterwinner for girl's golf at Granite Bay High School.
- Chose Illinois because, "of the academic prestige of the University, the coaching staff, the practice facilities, the Big 10 conference, the small town feel of Champaign-Urbana, the athletic prestige of the University and ultimately for the chance to compete for a national title."
- Majoring in molecular and cellular biology.Â
