Education:
Shine received her bachelor's degree and graduated magna cum laude in mass communications from Iona College in May 2020. She then went on to get her Master's degree in media innovation from University of Nevada in December 2021.

Job Responsibilities:
Shine is responsible for the creative branding of Illinois women's basketball specializing in storytelling, photography, social media, and graphic design.

Past Experience:
Shine comes to Illinois from her most recent as a digital graduate assistant at the University of Nevada. She has previous sports television production experience at NBC Sports, MLB Network, and CBS Sports Network and was an undergraduate student assistant at Iona College for three years.

Personal:
She is a native of Pearl River, N.Y.
