Dianna Pasley enters her fourth season as the Director of Operations for Fighting Illini women's basketball in 2020-21.

Pasley came to Illinois after spending 25 years as an assistant coach under Fahey at Washington University. She helped coach the WashU Bears to 584 victories, 18 University Athletic Association Championships and five NCAA Division III National Championships. While at Washington University, Pasley also worked as the Director of Food Safety for Schnuck Markets, Inc. She began her coaching career as the junior varsity coach at Visitation Academy in St. Louis prior to joining the WashU staff.

Pasley is a 1987 graduate of the University of Missouri-Rolla (now Missouri University of Science & Technology), where she earned all-conference honors as both a basketball and softball player. Pasley was also a three-year letterwinner at Southwest Missouri State (now known as Missouri State) from 1982-85.
