• Competed in six meets for Illinois

• Competed in the 60m, triple jump and long jump for the Illini
• Participated in five meets, including the Big Ten Championships
• Recorded a new personal best in the triple jump with 47’8” (14.53m) at Fran Sevigne (2/1)
• Set a new PR at the Wieczorek Invite (1/19) in the long jump with 20'6.25" (6.25)

• Marked 47'3" (14.40m) collegiate PR at Bill Cornell Spring Classic

• Debuted at Big Ten Championships in the triple jump
• Made his Illini debut at the Illinois Open, placing fourth in the triple jump with a mark of 44'8.75" (13.63m)

• Placed seventh in the triple jump at 2017 IHSA Class 3A State Championships
• 2017 IHSA State Qualifier in the long jump
• LaGrange Lyons Sectional Triple Jump Champion
• Set the Lyons Twonship indoor and outdoor triple jump school record, marking 46'11" (indoor) and 47'4.5" (outdoor)

• Father, Peter, was a diver at Michigan State from 1976-1980
• Grandfather, Tom Saggau, played half-back at Notre Dame, graduating in 1950
