• Earned his first medal in the 400mH in his second-place finish at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships on season-best time (50.52)

2023

Indoor

• Part of the Big Ten Champion 4x400m team that broke the school record (3:06.24) at the Big Ten Indoor Championships and recorded a personal-best 400m (47.87)
• Placed fourth in the 60mH with a personal-best (8.06) at the Wisconsin Badgers Midwest Invite
• Placed sixth in the 60m with a personal-best (7.21) at the Illini Classic

Outdoor

• Second-Team All-Big Ten (4x400m)
• Part of the second place 4x400m team (3:06.79) at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships
• Recorded the program's eighth fastest 400mH time (50.35) at the NCAA West Preliminaries
• Qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships finals in the 400mH and placed 19th (51.07)
• Placed fourth in the 110mH on a personal-best (14.50) at the Fighting Illini Challenge

2022

Indoor

• Won the 4x400m and finished third in the 600m at The Badgers B1G Ten Midwest Invite
• Won the 4x400m, finished second in the 600m, and finished fourth in the 60mH at the Illini Invite and Multi
• Won the 4x400m at the PNC Lenny Lyles Invite
• Finished second in the 4x400m at the Music City Challenge
• Finished third in the 60mH at the Illini Classic
• Personal-bests in the 600m (1:20.39) and 60mH (8.18) at the Big Ten Indoor Championships

Outdoor

• Won the 4x400m and finished second in the 400H at the Ole Miss Classic
• Won with a personal-best in the 400mH (51.27) and finished second in the 4x400m at the Illini Invite

2021

Indoor

• Took home third place in the 60mH at the Badger Icebreaker with a time of 8.26

Outdoor

• First Team All Big Ten (4x400m)
• Placed 39th in the 400mH at the NCAA West Regionals with a time of 52.50
• A member of the Big Ten Champion 4x400 relay team that took first place, earning the squad 10 points
• Placed seventh in the 400mH at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships, earning the team two points
• Took fourth place in the 400mH at the Big Ten Invite #1 with a 53.25

Son of Robert and Sonya Williams... Has two brothers, Aaron and Darius and one sister, Robi... Chose Illinois because "It’s close to home, the culture is amazing and because of the history of this program."
