Outdoor

• Competed in the 400m at Big Ten Championships 
• Ran one of the legs of Illinois' 4x400m relay victory at the Illinois Twilight

Indoor

• Ran the 400m leg of the DMR to help the Illini earn a bronze medal with a combined time of 9:46.12
• Won the 400m at the Illinois Open with a time of 50.19

2017

Indoor

• Made his Illini debut in the 400m at the Border Battle

High School

• 2016 All-American and IHSA 2A Sprinter of the Year
• Won state titles in the 200m and 400m and finished runner-up in the 100m at this year's 2A IHSA State Championships 
• Owns personal-best times of 48.80 in the 400m and 21.81 in the 200m
• Competed at the AAU Junior Olympic Games, placing fifth in the 200m
• Won the AAU Region 13 Qualifier 200m title in 2015 and placed runner-up in 2016
• Placed runner-up in the 400m and fourth in the 200m at the Illinois Top Times meet 
• Coached by Ken Jakalski
