• Defeated Oregon’s Edwin Yi 5 & 4 to win his match in the East Lake Cup Championship

• Earned Big Ten Golfer of the Week Honors on Oct. 21 after a 3-under par, third place finish at the Tavistock Collegiate Invitational
• Shot under or at even par in eight of 12 rounds played during the fall season
• Earned a tie for 26th at the NCAA Championships

Freshman - 2014-15

• Earned five top-20 finishes on the season
• Tied for eighth at the Wolf Run Intercollegiate with a 7-over-par 220
• Tied for 12th at the OFCC/Fighting Illini Invitational (218, +8)
• Tied for 12th at the rain-shortened Sagamore Fall Preview, finishing with a 3-over 147
• Tied for 20th at the Tavistock Collegiate Invitational with a career-best 4-under 212.
• Won Co-Medalist honors at the Big Ten Championship with a score 4-under par
• Defeated UCLA in the Quarterfinal round of NCAA Match Play with a birdie on his final hole of the round

2014 Summer

• Reached the semifinals of the Western Amateur before losing to eventual champion Beau Hossler
• Defeated top Australian amateur Geoff Drakeford in the round of 16 and incoming Texas freshman Scottie Scheffler in the quarterfinals of the Western Amateur
• Finished runner-up at the Illinois State Amateur after losing a four-hole playoff to Iowa's Raymond Knoll
• Qualified for the U.S. Amateur by winning the qualifier in Lake Forest, Ill
• Finished second at the Western Junior Championship
• Tied for third at the AJGA Footjoy Invitational
