• Went 0-1 at No. 3 singles, 5-2 at No. 4, and 5-2 at No. 5
• First collegiate clinch came against Northwestern – Illinois’ first dual win of the season – as she earned a 2-6, 6-2, 6-2 win at No. 4
• Earned a ranked win in the fall with a 2-6, 7-6(1), 6-3 victory over No. 95 Taylor Cataldi of Wisconsin (10/11/24)
• Clinched three matches for Illinois as a freshman (Northwestern, Chicago State, and Penn State)
• Went 5-7 overall in doubles including a 2-0 record in dual play
• Both dual match doubles appearances came at No. 3
• Teamed up with five different teammates on the doubles courts

• Attended Ladue Horton Watkins High School
• Rated a blue chip recruit by tennisrecruiting.com and ranked as the No. 1 player in Missouri and No. 9 player in the class of 2024 by the organization
• Named the 2023 USTA St. Louis Junior Player of the Year
• Advanced to the singles semifinals of the 2023 G18 Winter Nationals, won the singles competition at the 2023 G18 Level 2 Nationals, and finished third at the 2021 G16 Indoor Nationals
• Recognized with sportsmanship awards from the Easter Bowl, US Winter Nationals, and US Hard Court Nationals

  • Second Serve is a nonprofit youth-run organization that donates gently used tennis equipment to kids in need around the world. Madatali has coordinated the donation of hundreds of equipment items worldwide. The donations include shipments to Ahmedabad, India; Kansas City, Missouri; and St. Louis, Missouri
