Biography

Freshman - 2013-14

  • Played in and started 24 games on the season, missing six games from Feb. 5-27 with mononucleosis
  • Averaged 13.0 points, 5.7 rebounds, 2.0 steals and 1.4 blocks per game
  • Shared the team’s Most Improved Player award with Ashley McConnell at the annual postseason banquet
  • Also earned the UI Alumni Association Ralf Woods Free Throw Trophy for having the highest free-throw percentage in Big Ten games (.710) among qualifying players
  • Ranked sixth in the Big Ten in steals (2.0 spg), 11th in blocks (1.4 bpg) & offensive rebounds (2.3 rpg), and 22nd in scoring (13.0 ppg) in all games
  • Ranked seventh among Big Ten freshmen in scoring (13.1 ppg), fifth in rebounding (5.7 rpg), second in steals (2.0 spg) and third in blocks (1.4 bpg)
  • In Big Ten play, averaged 13.6 ppg, 2.0 spg and 1.7 bpg, all of which would have ranked among conference leaders if she had played enough games

  • Posted her third career double-double at Michigan State (Jan. 23) with 13 points and 10 rebounds, including a personal 7-0 run after the final media timeout to break a 46-46 tie & give Illinois a lead it wouldn’t relinquish
  • Hit a career-best 4-of-4 threepointers at Michigan (Jan. 18)
  • Had 20 points, including 15 in the first half, at No. 11 Colorado (Dec. 4)
  • Her 14 rebounds vs. Bradley (Nov. 8) were a season high and her 10 offensive boards tied for fourth-most in a game in school history

  • Ranked the No. 28 power forward and No. 108 player overall in the class of 2013 by Blue Star
  • Named a first-team All-State selection by the Illinois Basketball Coaches Association and Champaign News-Gazette
  • Named a second-team All-State selection by the Chicago Tribune and Chicago Sun Times
  • Three-time All-Central Suburban League selection
  • Finished her career second in Maine South history in scoring (1,522) and rebounding (819)
  • Led Maine South to a 27-6 record and a berth in the 2013 IHSA Class 4A supersectional, averaging 14.8 points and 7.0 rebounds per game
  • Led Maine South in scoring (13.1 ppg), rebounding (6.4 rpg) and blocked shots (2.2 bpg) in 2011-12
  • Helped the Hawks to a third-place finish in the 2011 IHSA Class 4A state tournament
