2013

Outdoor

• Earned All-America honors after running the first leg of the 4x400m relay squad which finished fifth at the NCAA Championships
• Was also a part of the 4x100m relay squad at the NCAA Championships who finished 13th and earned second team All-America honors
• Helped Illini win the first annual HyVee Cup at the Drake Relays
• Set a lifetime best 200m time of 21.26 during the prelims at the Big Ten Championships
• Recorded a career best 400m time of 46.98 at the LSU Alumni Gold meet to finish runner-up in the event

Indoor

• Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 4x400m relay
• Scored points for the Illini at the Big Ten Championships, running the second leg of the DMR team which finished fifth
• Ran on the 4x400m relay squad which clocked the fourth fastest time in school history (3:07.84) at the Notre Dame Alex Wilson Meet
• Clocked a lifetime best 600m time of 1:24.13 at the Illini Open

2012

Outdoor

• Ran the third leg of the 4x100m relay team which qualified for the NCAA Championships and set the third-fastest time in school history (39.00) in the prelims
• Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary Round of Championships in the 4x100m relay and individually in the 400m
• Notched a career-best 400m time of 47.34 during the prelims of the Big Ten Championships
• Set a lifetime-best 200m time of 21.35 at the LSU Invitational
• Finished runner-up in the 400m at the EIU Big Blue Classic

Indoor

• Participated in the 60m, 60m hurdles, 200m, 400m, and 600m
• Represented the Illini in the Big Ten Championships in the 200m, scoring points by taking seventh with a time of 21.78
• Placed fourth in the 400m at the Mark Colligan Memorial with a time of 49.07
• Ran in five meets

High School

• Finished second in the 400m dash at the state meet as a junior and took second in the 200m dash and 400m dash as a senior
• Earned All-Conference honors in track and field in the 100m dash, 200m dash, 400m dash, 4x100m relay and 4x200m relay
• All-State honorable mention in football as a senior
