Illinois Softball Announces 2026 Fall Schedule

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. — Illinois head softball coach Jenna Hall has announced the program's fall campaign for 2026. The squad will play seven games on five dates, all at Eichelberger Field.
Autumn opens on September 25 at 6 p.m. against Eastern Illinois and continues that same weekend on September 27 at 2 p.m. against Parkland. Both September outings will be ten innings.
October 4 features a doubleheader against UIC beginning at 1 p.m.
On October 10, Spoon River and Illinois Wesleyan will make the trip to Illinois for a three-game slate. Illinois Wesleyan and the Fighting Illini will square off at noon, Spoon River and Illinois Wesleyan will play at 2 p.m., and the day concludes with Illinois facing Spoon River at 4 p.m.
Fall finishes off with one final ten-inning outing against Danville on October 16 at 6 p.m.
