CHAMPAIGN, Ill. – Brian Campbell, coming off his first-career PGA TOUR victory at the Mexico Open, headlines the upcoming week of action for former Illini in the pro ranks.
PGA TOUR
Campbell joined fellow Illini alum and former teammate Thomas Detry as first-time winners on the PGA Tour last weekend when he capped off an impressive performance to hold on for the victory on the second playoff hole at the Mexico Open at VidantaWorld. But for Campbell, the celebration is short-lived, as he quickly turns his attention to this week's event, the Cognizant Classic in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, where he will be joined in the field by another former teammate and fellow PGA TOUR victor, Nick Hardy.
They all start somewhere.

Adrien Dumont de Chassart, who has made three starts on the DP World Tour this season and is coming off a T8 finish earlier this month at the Qatar Masters, will play in his first Korn Ferry Tour event of the year.
He will be joined by Luke Guthrie who has made the cut in three of four starts on the Korn Ferry Tour this season, including a T5 finish last month at The Bahamas Great Abaco Classic.
