CHAMPAIGN, Ill. – Following the exciting 2023-24 campaign which saw the Fighting Illini reach the Elite Eight for the first time since 2005 and finish ranked No. 6 in the final AP poll, public season tickets are sold out for the upcoming season at State Farm Center.
Last season Illinois claimed its third Big Ten title in four years and finished with a 29-9 record, the third-most wins in program history, capping off five straight 20-win seasons under Head Coach Brad Underwood.
On the heels of the exciting season came a 93% season ticket renewal rate and more than 900 new season ticket deposits.
The Fighting Illini now set their sights on 2024-25 with a reloaded roster. Underwood and his staff added five players from the transfer portal in Champaign native Kylan Boswell (Arizona), Ben Humrichous (Evansville), Tre White (Louisville), Carey Booth (Notre Dame) and Jake Davis (Mercer). Illinois also welcomes a talented group of newcomers headlined by 2024 Illinois Mr. Basketball Morez Johnson Jr. and five-star recruit Will Riley along with international standouts Kasparas Jakucionis and Tomislav Ivisic.
Student season tickets for the upcoming year will go on-sale to football student season ticket holders first on Sept. 24, and to the general student body on Sept. 26 if inventory remains.
The on-sale dates for public single-game tickets and mini-plan packages will be highlighted by priority access for I FUND members, followed by a general public on-sale with remaining inventory. The on-sale date for mini-plan packages will be shared in the coming weeks.
