Hey Illini Nation,
My name is Zoie Howard, and I am a junior outfielder from Ofallon, Illinois. I am a double major in communications and African American studies, and I plan to attend law school after my journey here at Illinois.
This week, we play a doubleheader at home against Indiana State! I never get over the support we get from the fans when we play at home. Being able to play in front of a crowd that believes in us and cheers us on is such a blessing. Hope to see you all there!
Later this week, we travel to Maryland for our third Big Ten Conference series. With the hard work and dedication we have been putting in this week, we plan to show the Big Ten who the Fighting Illini really are!
