CHAMPAIGN, Ill. – Ten Fighting Illini student-athletes from five different sports have earned CSC (formerly CoSIDA) At-Large Academic All-District honors, the organization announced Tuesday. Three women's golfers, two women's gymnasts, two wrestlers, two men's golfers and one men's gymnast were tabbed for the honor and will now move on for consideration for CSC Academic All-America accolades.

To be eligible for CSC Academic All-District, nominees must have a minimum GPA of 3.50, completed one full calendar year at their current institution, and be at least a sophomore academically and athletically. Nominees must also be a starter or important reserve to the team and participate in at least 50 percent of the team's contests.
