Premium Seating Changes for Illinois Football and Basketball

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. – The Illinois Division of Intercollegiate Athletics' Office of Development announced changes in staffing, pricing and structure of the premium seating offerings at Memorial Stadium and State Farm Center beginning in 2021. Premium seating staff will be communicating with current premium seat holders on how these changes will impact them for upcoming sports seasons.
Associate Athletic Director for Development Carrie Ummel has been tasked with all sales and stewardship for premium seating with the goal of taking a more proactive approach to filling Illinois' premium spaces. Ummel has served as a development officer for major gifts for the past 15 years. Dustin Boyer, Director of Premium Seating Operations will continue providing service to all premium seat holders during the week and on gamedays.
"Carrie has long been one of our university's most successful fundraisers, her commitment to provide superb customer service, as well has her passion for donor relations makes her an exceptional choice to oversee Illini premium seating," Senior Associate Athletic Director Howard Milton said. "Carrie will lead a renewed focus on sales and, along with her staff, will aggressively pursue an expanded sales model."

At Memorial Stadium, fans have access to three types of premium seats – the Colonnades Club (indoor/outdoor club), 77 Club (indoor club) and luxury suites. Both club spaces have season ticket options available today with single-game ticket options coming in July. Those looking to join the Colonnades Club for the first time can take advantage of a first-year price of $999 for the season, a savings of 62%. Colonnades Club tickets can also be purchased directly through the ticket office.
Suite prices have been reduced by as much as 28% for season suites, and now offer single-game suites for each of the seven home games for as low as $5,000.

There are also significant changes to the premium area pricing at State Farm Center. For courtside seating, Illinois has added a short-term lease of five years to the seven, 10 and 12-year packages, as well as a new Baseline seat priced 36% lower than previously available seats. I FUND donors at the Oskee ($1,000) level are now eligible for courtside seats.
Those wishing to purchase tickets in the 100 level Legacy area, with access to the Legacy Club, can now do so without the additional campaign gift, and tickets will be able to be purchased easily through the Illinois ticket office and online when seats go on sale. Any I FUND member at the Captain's Club ($100) or higher are eligible for Legacy tickets.
State Farm Center also has luxury suites, the Traditions Club and Loge Box seats available. Only one suite remains for the 2021-22 basketball season.
