Hello Illini Fans!

It's been an eventful start to the 2019-2020 season! We kicked off the season with our most successful Illini Women's Classic to date. We had such a wonderful time chatting with some of our biggest supporters and meeting some new faces! This wouldn't be possible without the amazing support system that we have in the Champaign-Urbana area and Illini Nation!

This past weekend we traveled to Fairbury, Illinois for our annual team advance. The weekend was filled with some very productive meetings and activities to establish our team culture for this season and grow our bond with each other. Whether it was activities, cooking, meetings, or just hanging out, we all had a great time together. Listening to everyone's passion about this team is extremely motivating, and we know we're all on the same page. We're excited to get the competitive season started soon in Toledo!

This summer, I experienced a huge step towards my professional career when I participated in Stage I of LPGA Qualifying School in Palm Springs, California. I was sure to take in the entire experience, and I gathered some great information and learned lessons that will help me in my career. It was also special to have my dad on the bag, motivating and pushing me every step of the way. I was able to play and chat with professionals and am grateful to have received some tips and a better grasp of the dedication it takes to play professional golf. I am so excited to see what the future has in store for me - but first, it's time to begin my senior season with some amazing women and see where our hard work takes us!
