Coach Landrus says:
"I am very excited to add Lizzy to our 2015 signing class," head coach Kim Landrus said. "Lizzy's gymnastics is a combination of beauty and skill. She has a high level of difficulty, but her presence and nice lines are what truly stand out. I fully expect Lizzy to contribute on all four events immediately. She loves to compete and has the attention to detail and technical execution that is essential in NCAA Gymnastics. When she visited campus, she fit right in and displayed a great deal of excitement about joining our Illini family. We could not be happier that she will be in Orange and Blue next year."
Why LeDuc chose Illinois:
"When I took my visit, I fell in love with everything about it. The campus is beautiful, the academics are great, the coaches are amazing and when I first met the girls on the team, I knew that I wanted to be a part of the Illini family!"
What LeDuc enjoyed most on her visit to Illinois:
"I enjoyed meeting the girls and getting to watch their first competition and winning it."
