  1. Illinois improves to 23-0 on the season with its 60-47 win over Indiana, also winning it 19th consecutive Big Ten contest. The Illini are 75-3 in the last five-plus seasons at the Assembly Hall. Illinois' 23-0 start is now in sole possession of the fourth-best start in conference history.

  9. Illini guard Deron Williams recorded assists on eight of Illinois' 10 first-half field goals. He also was good for assists on the first seven Illini buckets. At 16:18 in the second half, James Augustine recorded an assist, marking the first assist of the game by a player other than Deron Williams.

  13. Indiana only posted 18 points at the half, which was the lowest for an Illini opponent this year. The final scoring output of 47 for the Hoosiers was the second-lowest of the season for an opponent behind Cincinnati's 45 points.
