Open to all children 8th grade and under.

The youth clinic will be held prior to the dual against Indiana on Sunday, January 12th with check-in starting at 10:30AM and the clinic starting at 11:00AM.

Waivers will need to be signed on the day of the event for all registrants that do not fill out this form.
