CHICAGO – Head coach Lovie Smith, OL Nick Allegretti, WR Mike Dudek and DL Jamal Milan are representing the Fighting Illini at Big Ten Football Media Days and Kickoff Luncheon July 23 & 24 at the Marriott Magnificent Mile in Chicago. Illinois' Media Day portion is on Tuesday, July 24, along with the annual Kickoff Luncheon.
Coach Smith will take the podium for his main press conference on Tuesday at 8:45 a.m. CT. Surrounding that, Smith and the Illini student-athletes will take part dozens of photo shots, television sit-downs and media interviews throughout the day. There are several chances (listed below) to hear from them live on Tuesday.

The Fighting Illini student-athletes got a jump in things Monday afternoon with a FOX Sports photo shoot followed by a trip to Wrigley Field, where they bumped into University of Illinois alumnus Nick Offerman prior to the Cubs game vs. the Arizona Diamondbacks.
