Rosemont, Ill. - Fighting Illini women's basketball will travel to face the Clemson Tigers in the 2018 ACC/Big Ten Women's Basketball Challenge, as announced today by the Big Ten and Atlantic Coast Conferences.

The two teams will meet for the fifth time in program history on Wednesday, November 28. The Illini are 4-7 all-time in the Big Ten/ACC Challenge, most recently hosting Virginia Tech during the 2017-18 season. Tip times for the ACC/Big Ten Women's Basketball Challenge games will be announced at a later date.

The Orange and Blue are 2-2 against the Tigers, and have traveled to Clemson, South Carolina for three of the previous four matchups. Illinois took the most recent meeting against the Tigers, in a 61-50 victory.
