Final Results 

AUGUSTA, Ga. – The Illinois women's gymnastics team scored a 195.900 to earn a third-place finish at Elevate the Stage: Augusta on Friday night. The Illini finished ahead of Georgia (195.825). Stanford earned a second-place finish (195.925) and Nebraska won the meet with a 196.700.

Illini sophomore Rae Balthazor led the Illini on bars (9.900) and floor (9.850). Balthazor completed the meet with a career-high 39.325 in the all-around. Senior Bridget Hodan led Illinois on vault for the second-straight meet with a 9.750.

Illinois returns to Huff Hall on Sunday afternoon as the Orange and Blue host Senior Day against Lindenwood and Bowling Green State. Competition begins at 4 pm.

Illini Notes

  • Sophomore Rae Balthazor matched her career-best performance on bars with a 9.900 and in the all-around with a 39.325.
  • Freshman Kylie Noonan scored a career-high 9.850 on beam.
