Big Ten Release

ROSEMONT, Ill. -  The Big Ten Conference announced Monday the league opponents for the 2017-18 women's basketball season.

Each of the 14 Big Ten schools will play 16 league games, taking on three teams both home and away and 10 teams once.  Each team will play five of its single-play opponents and home and five on the road.  

The Illini will face Nebraska, Northwestern and Purdue both at home and on the road, and the Orange and Blue will also host Iowa, Michigan State, Minnesota, Ohio State and Wisconsin. Illinois will see Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Penn State and Rutgers on the road.

Dates, times and television information for league games will be announced at a later date. The Illini will also release the non-conference portion of the 2017-18 campaign at a later date. Season tickets for the 2017-18 season will go on sale in September.
