CHAMPAIGN/URBANA (Jan. 26, 2017) – The World Series Champion Chicago Cubs today announced the Cubs Trophy Tour presented by State Farm will stop next week at the University of Illinois State Farm Center February 4. The trophy will be at State Farm Center from 1:30-3 p.m. Fans will be able to take a complimentary photo with the World Series Trophy. Fans can upload their photos to social media using the #CubsTrophyTour hashtag for a chance to be featured at www.cubs.com/trophytour, where information on future stops will be posted as it becomes available.
The Commissioner's Trophy will be displayed inside the Mannie Jackson Illinois Basketball Hall of Fame from 1:30- 3 p.m. Fighting Illini basketball ticket holders for the Feb. 4 game against Minnesota who want to have their photo taken with the trophy will que at the Upper Southwest Entrance to SFC, with doors opening at 1:30 pm. (Order Illini basketball tickets here). The first 500 fans with game tickets will receive a wristband to ensure their ability to see and take photos with the trophy. Additional fans will be accommodated if time permits. Upon arrival at the entrance doors, notify event staff for ADA accommodations.

"We have a long and outstanding relationship with both State Farm and the Chicago Cubs, and we are excited that Fighting Illini fans will have the opportunity to participate in the World Series celebration here on our campus."
State Farm Center parking lots will open at 1 p.m., two hours prior to 3 p.m. tipoff. The World Series Trophy will be displayed on Lou Henson Court during one of the first-half timeouts during the game.
