The Illinois baseball team will give away free pennants to the first 250 fans in attendance at Friday's home opener against Penn State. The game is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. CT.
The pennants commemorate the Fighting Illini's 30th Big Ten championship and have all 30 years of titles displayed around the boarder. Illinois won a team-record 50 games in 2015, including a Big Ten record 27-game winning streak.Â
Admission is free for all Illinois baseball games in 2016. For the full promotional schedule, click here.Â
