CHAMPAIGN, Ill. – The 2016-17 Fighting Illini Basketball Preview Show debuts Nov. 5 and will air on Comcast SportsNet Chicago, WCIA, Big Ten Network and Fox Sports Midwest several times over a two-week span.
The 30-minute show, produced by Fighting Illini Productions and hosted by voice of the Illini Brian Barnhart, features head coach John Groce mic'd up at a practice, an inside look at the renovated State Farm Center, and a feature on how super-senior Tracy Abrams has battled back from two devastating injuries while also serving as a mentor for senior All-America candidate Malcolm Hill.
