CHAMPAIGN, Ill. – Head coach Brad Dancer and the Fighting Illini men's tennis staff announced the signing of two student-athletes to letters of intent for the signing class of 2016 on Friday. The Illini received NLIs from Zeke Clark and Gui Gomes.

"Marcos and I are tremendously excited to welcome Zeke and Gui to Illinois," Dancer said. "They both come from tremendous families, continuing the tradition of having great people around our team members. Why Gomes chose Illinois: "I was searching for two things when looking for my college. Illinois had exactly what I was looking for. I'm really happy and proud to say that I'm an Illini."
