Victoria Adams served on staff with the Illinois football program as the Director of Recruiting Strategy and Engagement for one season in 2024. 

In her first season on staff, Adams helped Illinois tie the program's single-season wins record with 10 in 2024. The Illini were ranked by the CFP selection committee for a program-record four straight weeks, appeared in 12 AP Top 25 polls, and tied the program record for ranked wins with four. Illinois capped one of the best seasons in program history by beating #14 South Carolina in the Cheez-It Citrus Bowl, 21-17, in one of the top bowl game victories in Illinois history.

Adams joined the Fighting Illini from Missouri, where she served as the Associate Director, Recruiting Operations and Newcomer Transition during the 2023 season. Adams was Missouri’s Associate Director of On-Campus Recruiting in 2022, after being hired as the Assistant Director of On-Campus Recruiting in 2021. 

Adams also has stops in the recruiting departments at South Carolina (Jan 2020-Oct. 2021) and Ole Miss (May 2017-Dec. 2019). 

In addition to her extensive experience in college football, Adams was a member of the NFL Women’s Forum Class of 2022 and has participated in the Minnesota Vikings Women's Football Operations Summit in July 2021 and the Philadelphia Eagles Diversity Series in May 2021. 

Adams earned her bachelor’s degree in integrated marketing communications with a specialization in sports communications and promotions and a minor in business administration from the University of Mississippi in May 2019. She completed her master’s in sport and entertainment management from the University of South Carolina in December 2020.
